The International Youth Math Challenge (IYMC) is Germany based one of the biggest international online based competition on mathematics.

Communication Assistant, 2020:

• Provided official response to 1000+ received emails.

• Evaluated 100+ teacher registration applications.

• Shared and executed ideas on making the competition more interactive for the participants.

Ambassador, 2019-2020:

• Won "Ambassador Award for Most Participants" in 2019 for encouraging highest number of participants to participate in the competition.

• Played major role on bringing "School Award for Most Participants and Finalists" to the Jahangirnagar University in 2020.

International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC) is one of the biggest online astronomy competition with 6500+ participants, and 1000+ teachers from 98 different countries in their 2020 edition.

Communication Assistant, 2020:

• Provided official response to 2500+ received emails.

• Evaluated 200+ teacher registration applications.

• Reviewed the question sets for different rounds of the competition.

• Shared and executed ideas on making the competition more interactive for the participants.

Ambassador, 2019-2020:

• Won "Ambassador Award for Most Participants and Finalists" in 2019 for encouraging highest number of participants to participate in the competition, and guided highest number of participants to the final round.

• Played major role on bringing "School Award for Most Participants and Finalists" to the Jahangirnagar University in 2019 and 2020.

[2] Bangladesh Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics, Bangladesh

Organizing Committee Member October 2018 - August 2021

As an organizing committee member of BDOAA I have received many challenges over the years and successfully overcame them. Some of those significant highlights are:

• Organized 2018, 2019, and 2020 version of the regional competition in 7 divisions of the country with more than 4 thousands of participants. Then organized the national round of the competition at Department of Physics, Jahangirnagar University and Dhaka University, Eastern University respectively.

• Trained the selected participants in the camp selection by a 5 days long residential camp and selected 5 final participants participated in the 2018 and 2019 version of the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics.

• Worked as the regional coordinator for the Dhaka regional competition of the BDOAA 2020.

In more than a year at Open Space, I have gained some of my most valuable skills as an organizer and a writer which helped me to work further with several other national and international organizations.

Chief of Human Resource Management:

• Managed the activities of whole team of over 200 enthusiastic volunteers, writers, organizers, ambassadors from all over the country.

• Recruited hundreds of promising young writers to the team.

• Recruited campus ambassadors from 50+ institutes.

• Collaborated with different organizations to organize astronomy related events e.g. sponsored Bangladesh Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics.

Chief of Publication:

• Coordinated four different writing teams of 60+ young writers.

• Instructed writers on how to improve their writing skills.

• Published six blog articles on fundamental topics of astronomy including a series about detecting the gravitational wave.

• Wrote more than 50 informative short articles to make astronomy more interesting to the general people.

• Reviewed hundreds of articles which got published on the magazine, official website of the organization.

• Worked as a judge of the article writing competition named “Open Writing on Astronomy.
